Telehealth clearance
All new clients are required to complete a brief telehealth medical screening prior to receiving and IV therapy, IM injections, or medication administration. This screening is conducted by a licensed medical provider to: Review your medical history and current symptoms Ensure IV therapy is safe and appropriate for you Authorize treatment under our medical protocols Once completed, your tele-health clearance is valid for one full year, allowing you to book future services without repeating the visit unless your medical history changes. ✔ Required for first-time clients ✔ Secure & HIPAA-compliant
